A limited edition incense chalice hand-thrown in black stoneware and glazed in a unique Blue Kumo (cloud) technique. Each piece is entirely one-of-a-kind — the hand-glazed random process produces a wispy, ethereal cloud of blue colour that cannot be replicated. Comes with an elegant metallic dome incense holder.

About this Piece

Wheel-thrown in our London atelier from black stoneware clay, the Blue Kumo chalice is a small work of art. The Kumo (cloud) glaze is applied by hand using a free, gestural technique — no two pieces share the same pattern. A collector's piece for those who appreciate the beauty of the imperfect and the unrepeatable.
